Boost Your Performance with Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT)

Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) is an innovative training technique that can help you achieve your athletic and life goals.

Key Benefits of IHT

·        Increase your time to exhaustion whether you are an athlete riding a 100 mile race, a hiker looking to tackle a longer trail, or an office worker making the choice to use the stairs instead of the elevator, IHT will allow you to work longer at a given effort level before getting tired.

·        Increase your powerwhen your body learns to use oxygen more efficiently, the power you generate is increased.   Elite athletes frequently see 1-3% improvements in power using IHT, casual athletes often improve significantly more.

·        Reduce your recoverygreat athletes work very hard to keep up their fitness, but rest is essential.   Athletes who are well adapted to low oxygen environments recover very quickly.    If you need to recover quickly between workouts or between shifts, IHT can reduce the time required to be ready for the next round.
